SCREENING PROCESS

In addition to exploring your experience, expertise, and career objectives to determine if you are a good match for a position, BR may also ask you to provide the following information in order to ensure that you are able to meet all your potential employer’s needs:

  • Confirmation that you are able to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to put in the hours needed to meet deadlines on important projects
  • Your willingness to travel (should the position require it)
  • Ability to relocate
  • The professional or trade organizations you belong to that are relevant to the position
  • If the job can be performed as described
  • Any reasons that the company may have to accommodate certain schedule or personal requirements that may interfere with the required work schedule or tasks
  • What your salary history is, and what compensation package you would like to receive
  • If there are any circumstances or needs relevant to your family situation that should be addressed in order for you to take this job
  • The soonest date you would be available to start in the new position
