SCREENING PROCESS
In addition to exploring your experience, expertise, and career objectives to determine if you are a good match for a position, BR may also ask you to provide the following information in order to ensure that you are able to meet all your potential employer’s needs:
- Confirmation that you are able to work in the U.S.
- Ability to put in the hours needed to meet deadlines on important projects
- Your willingness to travel (should the position require it)
- Ability to relocate
- The professional or trade organizations you belong to that are relevant to the position
- If the job can be performed as described
- Any reasons that the company may have to accommodate certain schedule or personal requirements that may interfere with the required work schedule or tasks
- What your salary history is, and what compensation package you would like to receive
- If there are any circumstances or needs relevant to your family situation that should be addressed in order for you to take this job
- The soonest date you would be available to start in the new position
